1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product received damaged or defective
- Mismatch in model, specification, or brand
Any issue must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery along with photos or videos as proof.
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible
3. Return Timeframe
Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return request.
8. Warranty Claims
Warranty support is provided by the manufacturer. AgriMachine will assist with documentation where required.
